The transition from P/A Wemco Inc. in the mid- 1990s marked a strategic move toward quality work and word-of-mouth success. The diverse expertise, from carpentry to green building, showcases a commitment to excellence. Phil's early experiences with his grandfather, Charles Dooley, add a touch of handcrafted tradition to the company's story. Now, with Chaz embracing the legacy, Wemlinger LLC's generational expertise lives on through the hands of the next craftsman.
Wemlinger LLC, forged from generations of expertise, traces its origins to Phil Wemlinger, a seasoned builder with a lifelong connection to construction. Big Phil, his father, and Adele steered the family construction venture, P/A Wemco Inc., embodying a commitment to quality and relying solely on word-of-mouth advertising. The mid-1990s saw the birth of Wemlinger LLC, an evolution guided by Big Phil's vision of staying small yet successful.
Phil's diverse certifications in carpentry, cabinet making, green building, and construction management through NAHB underscore his dedication. The company's trajectory, from handyman repairs to custom homes and commercial projects, attests to its growth.
Phil's early exposure to construction and his collaboration with grandfather Charles Dooley, crafting furniture using primitive tools, adds a unique touch to Wemlinger LLC's narrative. The legacy persists as Chaz, the next generation, carries forth the family tradition, working with inherited tools and a dedication to craftsmanship. With Big Phil's influence shaping the foundation, Wemlinger LLC remains a testament to generations of hard work, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
